You can't go to Europe without visiting two countries:
Switzerland - The natural beauty of this country is simply mind-blowing and awe-inspiring. The Alps are the thing to see and no better place to do it than Interlaken. While there take a day and do the Lauterbrunnen Hike, you'll never be the same.
Italy - The history, the culture, the language, the food, the people, the cities, the architecture.... You'll won't want to leave. Rome, Florence, Venice (before it sinks), and the Amalphi Coast....
